Brockley is perfectly situated between Greenwich and Peckham Rye, with fast connections to the rest of London. Crofton Park station is at the end of the road, and Brockley/Honor Oak Park stations are equidistant from the flat. Despite being well connected, I am on a very quiet street, no buses or sirens going past! Brockley is an up and coming area of London, with a mixed community of artists, young professionals and families. There are plenty of independent cafes, bars and restaurants a short walk away, a theatre and a famous ballroom at the bottom of the street. There are a very handy choice of 2 small supermarkets 3 minutes walk away and a brilliant local farmers market that takes place nearby on a Saturday. The flat is surrounded by parks including the little known and beautiful One Tree Hill, which is a short walk away with amazing views across London I am a 3 minute walk from Crofton Park train station. From there you get: - to Elephant & Castle in 15 min - to Farringdon/City Thameslink in about 20 min - to St Pancras International in 30 min I am also only a 12 minute walk from Honor Oak train station, or 15 minute walk from Brockley.
