We are a couple, Londoners of sorts looking for a house mate. We both work at universities as we study. So we unfortunately aren't party animals and can't live with others who want to party. We do try to salvage some fun inbetween the studies. The most important thing for us is to have somewhere that feels like a home. Slumming it aged 29 is a little boring now. We do like to have a chat and a cup of tea (lots and lots of tea, wine too) now and again with our house mates but also understand the need for privacy. Neither of us smoke and we're keen cleaners who tidy up after ourselves and would prefer to live with people who are the same. I love to cook and it would be great to live with other lovers of eating and cooking who have a dry sense of humour and a brain. This place is 11mins walk to Brockley, St Johns or New Cross... so that is 3 different stations... and loads of night buses. So you get the amazing art scene of Deptford which we love, the slightly now overdone/going the way of Hackney reliable club/art/cafe culture of Peckham and the green area, fab food eateries of Brockley....yep all within Zone2 London. So if you like talking about EU economic, migration policy to the merits of Monmouth coffee, is Terminator Genysis actually not that bad or what music festival is actually not a total rip off or mind a lot of radio 4 then we are your guys... also helps big time to like being fed.
